I've done a ton of research as well and it depends on the amount ingested. Anything over a tbsp should be in liquid first. Thanks for watching!

I have been going through a phase where I am just giving my son whatever is easier for me. I realized at my wic appointment thats not healthy at all and he deserves better! Thats how i found your channel❤ sometimes post partum depression sucks 😔

Aww don’t feel bad. I’m a nanny and the baby’s mom works remotely at home and we both give her whatever is the easiest. Like fresh fruits, frozen veggies to avoid spoilage , yogurts, cottage cheese, eggs, oatmeal. Cheerios, baby cheetos, fruit and vegetable pouches. Cheese slices , turkey and chicken breast slices. I make it all plain too ;O nothing fancy D: There’s just no time

I have cried and felt so helpless feeding my picky eater. So out of tune & have been feeding my toddler whatever he likes at this point. I’m tired of fighting and having food being thrown on the floor. I feel reinspired and determined again to start trying. Thank u so much for this video! Please upload moreeeeeeee

That's an amazing lifestyle. If I had been smarter back then my son wouldn't hate veggies now. You are doing a wonderful job raising your daughter and setting a good example for her and others. That is a lot of work cooking so much and you deserve so much admiration.

I'm not at all a parent but I'm a older sibling, I babysit my 2 year old sister all the time like almost all day and s little bit at night, and she IS CRAZY ABOUT SWEETS so this really helped to distract her from sweet and to try something a bit more healthy

This is amazing! My nephews recently moved in with me and they are 1 and 3 and another on the way. There mom is very sick so I’m taking care of them and i want to broaden there food in a healthy way!!

Have you seen that there’s a grape cutter on Amazon? You just put it in and push it through and it cuts the grapes in quarters. Suuuuuuvh a time saver!
