She's not a toddler, she just a baby bless her, it's a scary thing for her but she handled it well. It's so amazing that these kind of aids exist & that young as she is, there's a size to fit & suit her. By the time she's old enough to talk she'll be used to hearing & will have automatically learnt a handful of word's at the same rate as her "hearing" friend's It's Awesome 👍👍👍😘

Newborn hearing screening has reduced hearing impairment effects dramatically. The earlier you can get them hearing, the better their speech, reading, attention and overall achievement will be. If you only discover hearing impairment when they’re three or four it’s so much harder for the brain to adjust. And yes, she is most definitely a baby, not a toddler!

Amen. I’ve asked god to help me be more appreciative to things we may take for granted like being able to walk,see,hear. It’s so normal to us yet some people don’t have those abilities or at least can’t use them fully. Then we have the audacity to complain about our lives when in reality some people would be content with just being able to walk for a day to see what it feels like. I pray whoever reads this truly strives to not take things for granted. No matter how big or small. Godbless you all

Her blanket has that she was born 9/26/2022, so she is almost 10 months, & will be a year old this September. So she is still a beautiful baby girl who is considered to be an infant (less than 1 year old).

She's wearing hearing aids, not cochlear implants. Being deaf doesn't necessarily mean that you're 100% deaf and if she can use hearing aids, chances are she's not.

Oh what a wonderful video this is. I know that feeling when you witness a miracle like this. Be it through medical intervention of a life miracle you are simply so grateful. I was told my son would never walk. He crawl for 14 yrs and I worked on his therapy with drs and PT’s one day I look into my family room and there ge was standing in the middle of the room. I simply dropped and cried then rush to him amazing at his hard work. Ge has never stopped walking. Today he is 41 and still amazing me. This video is so wonderful. Thank you fir sharing it. This is precious 💞. I do understand -- my sister was born totally deaf (my stepmom had contracted measles from my sister in her third month of pregnancy). She has never had the joy of hearing.
