Yes 😂ALW chose Ramin to originate the role of Phantom in LND and wrote the score specifically to fit Ramin's voice and range and also to make it easier for him since Ramin cant read music

He is so loverly! Was in Les Mis and Phantom as raoul and phantom, they pretty much wrote the phantom part in Love never dies for him. very talented and a lovely person to work with! Love will never die!!

Aaand he taught her to sing, gave her the recognition she deserved. and dont go telling me you just adored the characters of Piangi and Buquet. He has a temper, like all of us, except times he loses control. Part of the whole spectacle is that the audience feels and cares for this man. Which has been lost due to the view of the "crazy evil obsessive" Phantom. The phantom was my hero growing up. and it was because of the characters unbeleiiveable amount of strength and mystery Pay attention to the story next time.

Oh I agree the Phantom truly loved Christine, that was clear from reading both the book, and the musical is he was in love with her. But the Phantom was also a dark character, he didn't know how to express love, and how could he all he's known is hatred and violence. That's the main message is learning how to express love for someone in a good way, the reason he let Christine go at the end of POTO was b/c he realized he wasn't expressing love in a good way. That being said, I'm perfectly with the Phantom not being as dark in Love Never Dies, I hear that being the main complaint, but I feel those fans gloss over what happened at the end of POTO, he lets Raoul go, he lets Christine go he stops killing, he still has a temper in Love Never Dies but he grown so he isn't going to be as dark.

+vivi law I recently saw him in Les Mis and I almost died. After the show, I got a chance to meet him and he is the most down to earth person ever. He was so sweet and he took time to talk to his fans. Buy tickets to one of his shows. He is 100% worth the money.

@ROsieNightengales Actually they're not closing it- Ramin IS still in it!!!!! They're closing as they havent had a very good audience response until they announced they were closing and Andrew is much happier with the version in Australia and is going to bring THAT version to the West End in a few years. But Ramin IS still in this. Until August 27th when they close.
