Okay so a somewhat quick explanation on Akio's quirk:
Basically his quirk works exactly likes Hawks quirk except everyone one of his feather are always on fire, the fire cant hurt anything or anyone/set things on fire unless he wants it to tho. Its kinda not shown in this video that his feathers detach because when i made the video i decided that his feathers could just simply disappear at will, but i changed my mind lolz.
Anyways- thats about it, lemme know if theres anything else you wanna know about him.
