Interesting fact The moment you said it’s cool that Mitch is singing and the background dances dance in slomo! But that was actually other way around. In their behind the scene video they show that Mitch singing at a faster phase and the dances dancing to the normal beat

Kirsten is always in heels, but she is tiny. Mitch also tends to wear taller shoes. Otherwise, Scott and Kevin would tower over them. That is why you see Scott, Kevin, and now Matt stand with their legs so far spread to even out the shots! Todrick is so multi-talented. Kirsten is the lead right off the bat. She and Mitch sound so close in timbre. I love this collaboration. I am editing my comment, thanks to PTX XTP for setting me straight. 😁 He was a also from Arlington but did NOT attend High School as the trio. He is a few years older.

You should just go ahead and watch the whole visual album this is from lol It's called "Straight Outta Oz", if I remember correctly... I think the deluxe version... Together the videos partially tell the story of Todrick's life, while simultaneously also tying into the story of The Wizard of Oz... For example, this refers to the film starting in black and white, while also talking about how school and the establishment would try to keep people, including him, down and categorised into neat little boxes etc... The music is great on its own, but if you follow it as a story then its even better... And if you've seen the movie of the Wizard of OZ (or at least know the general story), you can pick up on references to that as well.

Hey QoFy 👋, just getting around to watching this now. There was no beatboxer in this coz it wasn’t acapella. Just shows how amazing Kevin, Adam and Layne all are, huh? And that female solo wasn’t either Kirstie or Mitch. I dunno off the top of my head whodunnit, but I know it wasn’t Kirstie or Mitch who recorded it. And it’s well worth watching the behind the scenes for this one, it’s so interesting watching those! If you want more Todrick, he’s got loads of stuff. One of the more recent songs is Nails Hair Hips Heels. And that one has a quarantine parody that Todrick did called Mask Gloves Soap Scrubs. Both are also worth checking out 😉
