90's vibe done right. So perfect I cannot put it all into words. Everything-from the art style and dialogue to the mixing and musical composition-screams RETRO COOLNESS! I've only ever played the second game, but this song and the kickstarter has me pretty hyped to try this :) Gotta love the Saturday morning cartoon vibe.

It still blows my mind that ToeJam and Earl never even had a Saturday morning cartoon back in the 90s. It was the perfect opportunity. It just had the style attitude and look. Me and my lifelong buddy played the first 2 games non stop as teenager's in the early 90s. Both played the 3rd game on the original Xbox in 2002 as young adults reliving our teen hood. And last year we both played this new one online together and in person. Reliving our young adult days and teenhood again :). The toejam and earl series will always be our go to multiplayer game. We literally grew up with the games. It'll always be special to us.

I actually emailed the creators years ago, about how much I love the games and want another. They mentioned needed funding, as said, if I know any investors to send them their way... Well, 2015, and with Kickstarter now a thing, my dream can finally come true!

ToeJam and Earl is one of my favorite games of all time. I had to support the kickstarter!! I hope they reach their goal.. Though, I have mixed feeling for ToeJams voice in this video. Not how I imagine him sounding from the sound clips from the games.

I wish the opening cinematic of the actual game was up to this quality. It seems so cheap and lazy. And that's coming from someone who loves the game.

Nicely done animation. No offense but is there really a place for these two in today's society though? I wish the Kickstarter good luck and all but I don't think this was one IP that has stood the test of time.
