I have already done with my open heart surgery of (TOF) operation in the year 1992....later i was recheck up in the year 2014.....at that time Pulmonary valve was mild... RA, RV are also mild.... And dr. Advice me to take medicine ProlometXL clopilet Amifru-40 Recently i went for checkup and the report was Aoratic valve -trileaflet RA-delate RV-delited Pulmonary artery-delated Can you please tell me what to do

Am 31 week pregnant and found TOF...in 5 month of pregnancy..i reffer to PGI and also talk to cardiologist and he done fetel echo him self to confirm tha issue and he said this issue will be gone after surgery and surgery will be successful above 90% and outcomes of surgery is long lasting..and don't abort your child..

Abhi surgery ko do hafte hi hue hain, recovery me aise symptoms aa sakte hain. Aap unki ruchi ka bhojan unko de, jyada pheeka khana na den taki kamjori na ho.

@@DrPravirJha Sir my mother age 45 have blockage type 3 in LAD She complaining symptoms of leftside shoulder and back pain , tingling in arm and legs,in angiography 50-70%(done on date:24/09/23) of blockage seen angiography and that blockage is at mouth of bigger vein ,and Dr told us it complicated to put stand at mouth of bigger vein ,dr earlier told for FFR but later he suggested spine surgeon and spine surgeon told us cervical spondylitis and then cardiac doctor told us pain is not of cardiac and discharged mother from hospital and told to attend physiotherapy,my mother took couple session of physiotherapy ,but she still feeling pain in back and left arm and sometime right side at back and in middle of back My question is can heart attack occur on 50-70% blockage? And if it comes will it be riskier? What should we do ?We are confuse wheather pain is cervical or cardiac Wheather this blockage reversible by only means of medicine? Do we need to worry ,can it be only cervical ? she feel pain the pain continuously but now not exactly on left side of arm but some time on right side and in middle of back and pain stop for only few time otherwise it pain happens continuously and today(9 oct 2023) pain was happend on upperside of chest on left side and pain in ear which making us very tense Please answer my queries sir,thank you

Aap fetal echo cardiologist se scan karayen aur agar wo batate hain ki jo anomaly hai wo fully correctable hai surgery se to aap pregnancy continue kar saki hai. Aur fir ek baar heart surgeon ko bhi wo report dikha len
