Thanks for Sharing. My wife and I are doing the same at home for fun and treats for family and friends. It’s so much work. To much work for the money. It’s coming to an end soon.

LOVE this video... Great job... but next time please leave out the BACKGROUND noise/music... it was already hard to hear you speak, since you did not have a MIC on... and then the background music made it even hard to hear you. Thank y'all for sharing this great video...

What are you guys using to separate the popcorn? Where did you get the utensils. Particular the wolverine like utensil?

Our popcorn popper is mounted on a special table that has small holes in the top surface for the small un-popped kernels to fall through similar to this setup: shop.gmpopcorn.com/collections/popcorn-machines/products/copy-of-high-production-pro-plant-system-twin-kettle-mushroom-popcorn-table) The utensils Bob and Bonnie are using are normally used to handle barbequed meat. We find them helpful to separate the hot popcorn and also to help stretch brittles. These can be found on Amazon.

That’s cool you use a candy cooker to cost the caramel corn. I can’t wait to buy one of those. What brand candy cooker do you recommend?

The cooker you see in the video is manufactured by Savage Brothers www.savagebros.com/ They also manufactured the copper kettles and the stainless steel water-jacketed cooling table. They make top notch equipment that lasts for decades. We've had the cooker since 1990.

@@northwestexpressionscookie6329 I'm trying to get a quote. Would you mind telling me the price of the gas cooker? Would you buy a used one of just spend the money new? One person 4 hours away is selling one for $350

@@DanielSchmidt94521 I believe we paid about $1,800 for the cooker back in 1990. $350.00 for a Savage Bros gas cooker sounds like a good deal. I do see a lot of cheap imports on Ebay and other online sites. Keep in mind that they come in two sizes. Ours is a No. 20. The copper kettle is about 19" in diameter at the top. You can get cast iron reducing rings for smaller kettles. I seem to recall the larger copper kettles go for around $1,000.

Note: The copper kettle in this video is our smaller version (notice the reducing rings on the top surface of the cooker. They nest inside of one another. You would pull these out for a larger kettle

3:21 I stand corrected... You do have a MIC on... I guess the ECHO of the room made it where it didn't sound like you had a mic on. Sorry.
