Honestly I love it when people are transparent of their relationship journeys, because it’s not always easy and we’re human beings and we are individuals so relationships will be difficult. No matter what I think it’s admirable when couples who are “relationship goals” like the Mangobutt’s to talk about the realistic struggles of being in a partnership. Because it makes relationships more human than they appear online

The haircut story made me cry because it was such a raw look at not only a person struggling w depression but the loved one who struggles w the effects of it. It’s very rare to find someone like Stephanie’s fiancé and I’m so happy you opened up about that story. I often forget due to your large but lovable personality that we are literally the same age, and you are not always perfect/happy. This video really made me see you in a different light and I haven’t stopped thinking about it since I watched it last night. I’m sorry if I have judged you in the past, you deserve endless love and light, like what you give to KZfaq and the world. I hope you know this video will help someone out there, idk how but it helped me somehow feel less alone. Anyway love you girl, have an amazing week

As someone with anxiety and depression who struggles with it despite trying not to, the 3rd fight made me really emotional. It also feels incredibly warming to know you can be with someone despite the pains and struggle of having anxiety and depression existing in you and your life. To know that someone wants to and willingly stays and sincerely loves you although feeling helpless and unsure, but knowing they love and care about you at the core. It is truly touching and also gives me tiny hope that maybe one day I'll meet someone and reach a point where they will stay for me even if sometimes I don't see why they would stay or love me. Thank you for sharing sensitive and vulnerable parts of you voluntarily Stephanie and Mister MangoButt and thank you for being one of my comforts for quite a few years now ❤️

It is possible! You will find someone and they will find you, you’ll never know when, but know that you deserve to be loved even if you can’t love yourself entirely yet, even if you have anxiety and depression. You deserve to be loved as you are. Sometimes your partner might get upset or frustrated, because being the partner to someone with mental health problems isn’t easy. I know because my bf has been the most amazingly supportive person- so incredibly patient. I have horrible anxiety and depression, I get irritable and sensitive about small things, I feel so hopeless and sob for hours- but my bf still stays, sometimes he gets frustrated and he can’t always be supportive in that moment because he has feelings too.

It’s nice that you’re being open about this because it shows that every couple, no matter how good the relationship looks like on the outside, always goes through tough times. My husband and I just celebrated our 1 year anniversary of marriage and on the 16th it’s our 7 year anniversary and I just remembered about all we’ve been through. We broke up twice because of distance (1st time was emotional distance, 2nd time was physical distance) but we worked it out each time and now we’re closer than ever 🥰 As long as there isn’t any abuse involved, a relationship can work out if both people want to stay together and communicate their emotions clearly ❤️

I love listening to and watching these types of videos Stephanie! It is so nice to hear people being open about their relationships and talk about rough patches that they experience. Thank you for sharing your stories and for feeling comfortable enough with us as your audience to share these with us. Listening to you talk about real stuff like this makes it feel like I am listening to a friend talk to me about the things weighing on their shoulders. Also, I think since you have moved into the new house it is evident on camera how much less anxious you seem in the new place compared to when you lived in the LA house. I am happy that you are less anxious there now, it can be very hard to get out from under that weight sometimes.

Here is the vote for Stephanie to organize her mukbang vids into playlists. Here are some examples: Serial Killer, Stalkers, TV/Social Media, Featuring Dan Dan, etc. I know this can take a long time so I don’t expect it to happen in a couple of days, but it would be nice to filter the DanDan vids for my fav…side dish… 😝

Omggggg Stephanieeeeee the whole depression part I feeeelllllttttttt . I always connect myself with you because I can relate so much , but this video definitely hit home . Hearing you open up about your depression, the toll it took on your relationship & how y’all not only over came it but learned from that situation, it makes me look at myself and re-evaluate how I handle my depression & my relationship. So thank y’all for taking the time out to even think about Your Supporters & include us in this very sensitive touching moment. If it’s not too much to ask, you have started something we would hate to see you end…. Can we have more moments like this with y’all? Like a day in the week that you sit and open up about whatever while eating or just hanging out like in the video? I love this for y’all. Ohh, a video suggestion… so you know how y’all are young and successful? Can you or mr mango give us advice on being smart with money?

I asked my grandmother what her one piece of marital advice would be, before I got married, she said “pick your battles” plus a freebie “don’t sweat the small stuff”. Both are excellent advice! She had 9 children, when I was pregnant with my first, I again asked for advice. Guess what she said? Pick your battles & don’t sweat the small stuff. These two gems of knowledge have saved my sanity! With my marriage & my children!!

Thank you for sharing this Stephanie. I rarely comment and mostly just lurk… but wow. This made me cry because overwhelming stress also got me and my S/O to almost break up. This was helpful and it was beautiful listening to how you both went through so much growth in the years you’ve known each other. Hopefully you can share once in a while, it helps a little to gain perspective of other couples who might be going through not necessarily the same thing but just similar situations.

I really should stop watching these in the office while I'm in uniform. I'm crying and lookin' a mess. Hi from Oregon Steph, I been through a lot of what you and Mr. Mango has been through and I'm so happy that we, my boyfriend and I, got through it too. We've almost broken up 3 times as well. It was the hardest when he was deployed for one year. Then him coming back and re adjusting to life with me again. Anyway, thank you for sharing, bringing light to real relationships, and how much work it takes. When couples fight, it means they care about the relationship. Obviously, you and Mr. Mango care a lot for each other. Plus Dandan. 😆

I love this because My fiancé and I have the same anniversary and we’ve been together the same amount of time as Stephanie and Stephfiance. People have to understand we only show what we want to show people about our relationships. It’s so easy for people to say “relationship goals” when all you see is cute happy stuff, and say “you guys should break up” when you vent and show the ugly parts of the relationship. No relationship is perfect. But communication is key and listening is so important.

You seem to be in such a better place. I have anxiety and depression but when you have a good support system like you have your family it helps a lot . Take care
