I randomly heard these guys perform the weekend before while walking through the park. Blown away. I went back the next weekend with my FlipCam (remember those?) and took this video. I kept in touch with Rome for a while (white shirt - lions and tigers and bears) but we've lost touch. It's been many many years now. I still listen to them often and love that some of their music will live on forever on the inter-web. A wee ma way, a wee ma way, it's the lion song.

@@TJIMC I haven't been in the city in a minute. I live in New Jersey but there was a time when I was over there all the time. Now I go over to the city once in a while to go to The Met or to see The NY Philharmonic play the score to old films. The last time I saw them was roughly about three years ago and I showed them the footage that I have of them.

@@michaelibrahim9275 ive heard this song sang or performed only one way for a long time, never like this and most certainly never sounding like this by only 5 singers. I grew up with this song so obviously i feel strongly about it. The singers' tone, particularly the lead singer and the low vocal range one. So beautiful. The harmony? Crazy! How it changed me? Well, i just love this song. And to hear it with such passion not only made me love the it more, it also brought good memories back plus im just blown away by the talent these guys have.
