Toji Fushiguro is a recurring character in the Jujutsu Kaisen series. He was a former member of the Zenin clan and the infamous assassin known as the Sorcerer Killer, contracted by the Time Vessel Association among other groups throughout his time as a non-curse user. He was also the father of Megumi Fushiguro and former enemy of Satoru Gojo. While working for the Star Religious Group, Toji serves as the primary antagonist of the Gojo's Past Arc.

can we start a petition to get a Toji prequal series please!!?? How cool would it be to see a full series about his time as an assassin, leaving the zenin clan, how he became so strong, finding the curse he uses and the tools?? seeing him go look at Gojo as a kid and even when he gave up Megumi!? even the hidden inventory arc but all in his perspective. I just feel like this character could have such a good backstory that a manga/anime is so deserved

He’s not really an evil person. He was ousted by the Zenins because he didn’t have a technique became an assassin for hire. Actually had a wife a son, the manga doesn’t go into detail on the details of their marriage. But when he dies he tells Gojo that megumi would be sold to the clan because of his technique. He likely told Gojo this to keep megumi out of the clan. That’s all conjecture, he told Gojo to do whatever he wanted with that info. A character like Toji you can’t call him solely evil or bad, he’s complicated. He does go against the motives and goals of the main characters. is he a family man? was he a loving father? did he love megumi? we don’t know all that but he’s not solely bad. I think it’s fair to say that what the fandom has gleaned from what’s been revealed about him is accurate.
