The way hans character is so jaded about racing and being the best fits so well into the backstory they retrospectively created for him in the later movies. Lost the love of his life and he’s kinda just aimlessly chilling in tokyo atm, not really caring about being the best even though he has the skills, laughing at young guns like sean as they follow a similar path

*For those who are not believing that RX-7 is a Honda NSX mod* It was in fact that it is a RX-7. But it was modified and renamed as "Mazda RX-7 Veilside Edition" because Veilside modified this car. Second, *when GT-R crosses the RX-7*, it was in fact Brian's car. Why? According to the director of Fast and Furious' director, he said that Paul was originally put their in Tokyo Drift as a guest appearance at the ending sequence. But, because Paul didn't make it. They instead put Vin as their guest appearance. While Brian's car is just a somewhat of a teaser that he was indeed there because of Han.

Funny, that R34 had quite a few resemblances to Brian's Skyline in the following movie. Hmm.

Not much people are aware of this, but at 0:45 Sean ask Han “Would you race DK?”. And Han replies something along the lines of, “What’s the point, it just proves your faster. If I were to race it would have to be for something important, or why else do if at all”. If you rewatch the famous chase scene kzfaq.info/get/bejne/o6yXn6qHmNSZg4E.html you can see that Han drops back to keep DK off of Sean, but in the process is evidently racing DK foreshadowing what he said earlier. In this scene we can clearly see Han outmaneuvering DK holding him up and buying Sean a lot of time, and is clearly faster. This really fits Han’s character depicted in the film as this laid back, chill, mellow guy, but will only take action only if needed to. I noticed this after watching the film for the 9th time lol.

To the guys saying that the mystery Skyline wasn't Brian: Think about it. Any random car could've passed Han like that...or maybe not at all, since he and his car are probably well known around town. Brian probably saw them, knowing it was Han, and gave him a fly-by as a little joke. Also, it's Brian. Brian had connections with everything, and since 2f2f, he'd always end up rolling in some type of Skyline/GT-R eventually. Now call me crazy, and I know we only get a little blur of the car only to know that it's a Skyline, but tell me that doesn't look like the FaF4 Skyline...with that being said, when Brian got to Tokyo he probably did a complete rebuild; it looks very similar. That's my input. =p

Brian could be in the Skyline, because in FF7 the character that plays Sean is included, which automatically ties Tokyo Drift to FF7. Basically we can now start going off clues in this movie and I think that Skyline + Dom's appearance are definitely clues that will show up in FF7. I'm so excited!!!

Just to keep in mind that even if it was Brian's Skyline R34 from the 4th movie, that R34 is not a real GT-R, it's actually a GT-T with the GT-R's RB26DETT engine swap instead of the original RB25DET engine, and GT-R emblems, and the reason they did that instead of using a real GT-R was because the GT-R was AWD and the GT-T and entry level Skylines were RWD and they needed RWD in order for drifting and they still want that GT-R power so that R34 was a GT-R swapped GT-T and the interior of it is different from the real GT-R including the guages and you could tell it is not a real GT-R, but it is still possible that it could be the same R34 even though it blew up, but it was probably repaired or they used a another one similar and when they were filming for the 4th movie, they used more than 1 Skyline for the shooting and it's possible that they used one of them for Tokyo Drift and they probably were filming the 4th movie during the filming of Tokyo Drift separately.

This is my favourite Fast and Furious movie,I hope they make another.
