Arima even asked him “get up and kill like i do, or perhaps you’d like to die again” which at first i didn’t understand that fight is very important it should have been put at the beginning of re:

He was losing his mind even as it was due to all the cannibalism, so having his brain destroyed certainly didn't help things... It was horrendously sad to watch his deterioration get that bad.

Because of his personality, they chose Akira Mado as his mentor, with the help of Arima. After reaching rank 1, Haise becomes the mentor of the Quinx squad. That's where Tokyo ghoul: re begins.

Yeah I can tell you the difference. Tokyo Ghoul: re is the main story which continues on of what the anime-only fans have seen in season 1 and 2. Tokyo Ghoul however has another manga which is a separated story (means it does not follow the main story)

However, Ishida (the mangaka of Tokyo Ghoul) has published the first chapter of Tokyo Ghoul with a new fresh redrawn look which I highly recommend reading. It's basicly the same as the anime.

The anime isn't shit, why are you so butthurt it's a minorly changed version of the manga

'minorly' You didn't read the manga, quite obviously. And even disregarding how badly they botched the plot in season 2, with its nonsensical introduction of characters, only to completely ignore them after, absurd pacing, and strange mix and matching of arcs, the animation was also just incredibly bad in certain episodes. They also completely ruined Kaneki as a character.

If you watched both seasons of the anime you might want to start where Root A picks the story back up, because the entire second arc after Kaneki gets tortured is a million times better in the manga. Some significant events get slightly changed and jammed in (like Kaneki vs Sachi) and they go much more into detail in manga. Kanbeki also seems way weaker in the anime by going to Aogiri instead of making his own ghoul organization (which is what he does in the manga).
