I don't think that that Kureo Mado is a bad guy, he just doesn't see a sense of humanity in ghouls. He was a family man that wanted to avenge his wife.

I don't how many people talk about this but Kuzen Yoshimura and Kuero Mado are mirror images to each other. 2 Sides of the same coin.

I found Kureo Mado more similiar to Arata, as both were wonderful and loving fathers who lost themselves to grief. They both go on killing sprees and collect bodies/qinque's for more power and the chance to seek vengeance.

Because of how insane he was, True the CCG made there agents see no difference between those Ghouls who are sadistic serial killers, and those who are peaceful, scavenge on corpses and only kill in self defense. Most agents saw exterminating/capturing as a job, Mado on the other hand took great pleasure in exterminating ghouls.

Her kagune is a really rare one, It’s called “chimera kagune”. It’s when two different types of kagune fuse, Hinami’s is a Koukaku and a Rinkaku which is a really powerful combo.

It always pissed me off how Touka got so upset when she found out he was married, like seriously the dude was a piece of shit, & she just witnessed how badly he was tormenting hinami too, sure it sucks about losing his wife, I get it & understand why he’d hate ghouls, that shit would be devastating for anyone (especially the nonviolent ghoul families he mercilessly destroys), but he didn’t have to go that far with every ghoul especially ghoul children, he should’ve just saved all that rage for when he found the owl, with a few exceptions for the really sadistic & cruel ghouls, like Jason, not literally every ghoul he came across, so Im glad that he ended up in hell, hopefully the ghouls there will give him a taste of his own medicine & torture his ass Jason style for eternity lol

He even used a pair made from a husband and wife to try and murder their child, while he detailed their deaths to her. F$@k that guy!
