What I like about tokyo is to just keep walking and explore the entire city by foot. Absorbing the surroundings area and landmarks. Usually use googlemap when I felt I’ve wandered way too far from my hotel base starting point 😂

Original rendering of Shinjuku, Shibuya. Don't stress Japanese words, especially place names. Japan - UK cost comparison "Japan is so expensive (compared with UK)" Rule of thumb: Japan is 40% the cost of Japan for many items. However, the exchange rate is a major factor. Be advised: City is more expensive than suburban/rural areas. Examples: -Houses (suburban/rural), only 10-20% of UK prices -Rented accommodation -Passenger cars, new and used -Auto insurance -Motor fuel (petrol and especially diesel) -Eating out -Stationery items (100 yen shop) -Alcoholic beverage -Public transport -Clothes/shoes -Hotel accommodation I may well be adding to this list. I am Japanese. The tablet game on the table at Kura Sushi, a conveyor belt sushi restaurant, doesn't do anything special, just a hit or miss game. If you win, a gachapon will come out from above. You need to play the game about 5 times to get a hit. Also, the one that this KZfaqr took from the lane without any sushi on it is a plate that introduces sushi, and it says ``This sushi comes from here'', so please don't take it. . The only sushi flowing in the lane are plates in capsules. Also, people overseas only eat convenience store ramen because it's cheap, but Japan has a huge variety of dishes. too good to waste. Each prefecture has its own specialty dishes and sweets, so I'd like you to try a variety of them. There are also cheap restaurants. In Japan, there are many different types of noodles such as Japanese soba, udon, somen, kishimen, and hiyashi chuka, and there are many interesting ways to eat noodles depending on the location. Other common Japanese foods include pork cutlet, tempura, gyudon, meat and potatoes, chicken nanban, eel bowl, oyakodon, yakitori, yakiniku, and grilled pork, and Western foods such as Neapolitan, omelet rice, and hamburger steak, but there are many others that are not well known. There are many Japanese dishes that are not. Please try Google Translate or ask if they have an English menu.

Do you guys have any tips on getting around safely? I dream of traveling solo but am super afraid of getting lost, especially in a giant metropolis like Tokyo where I don’t understand the language, or know anyone. How do you guys walk around so effortlessly and in the know? Would be so awesome if you guys could do a video on safety tips and getting around in foreign countries.

I’m visiting Japan in 2024, with me and my partner. What is the best time to go (like nice weather etc) and the cheapest of course. Plus how is the nightlife? We are planning to stay for approximately 10/12 days. We are from London. And we want to know some good hotels/accommodations what is affordable etc. And I guess Tokio is the place to go right? If someone can give me some advice. I can already start planning. Thank you all, and a happy new year!

Hello, May I share an Old Testament Verse with you from Daniel 7:14 "And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a Kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should SERVE Him; his dominion is an Everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom shall not pass away, and His Kingdom that which shall not be destroyed." Also, can I share Isaiah 53:5 " But HE was WOUNDED For our TRANSGRESSIONS, he was BRUISED for our iniquities; the chastisement of our peace was upon Him, and with His STRIPES we are HEALED." God the Father loves you so much that He sent Holy Sinless Jesus (His Holy Son) to earth to be born of a virgin. Then, to grow up and die on a cross for our sins. He was in the tomb for 3 days, then Father God raised Holy and Sinless Jesus Christ (Y'shua) to Life! He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must receive Sinless Jesus sincerely to be God's child(John 1:12).After we get saved by grace through faith in Christ, if we truly love the Lord Jesus Christ, then we will obey Jesus(John 14:15). Mark 1:15 "And saying, the time is fulfilled, and the kingdom of God is at hand: Repent ye, and believe the gospel." Jesus said in John 14:15 "If you love Me, keep My commandments. "There's a real hell. It says in Revelation 21:8 "But for the cowardly, & unbelieving, and abominable, and murderers, & immoral persons sorcerers & idolaters & all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire & brimstone..." Please sincerely receive Holy Jesus and put your true faith and trust in Him today and please repent. Will you have a Real encounter with Holy Lord Jesus (Y'shua is His Hebrew Name) and stay in a Genuine relationship with Him daily please?
