Paolo and Maiko's videos are so underrated! Seriously the most authentic and sweet couple / pairing of reviewers on KZfaq. When you actually live and breathe the local culture, you can comment on the subject with such authority. Unlike all those review videos from other popular channels of KZfaqrs who travel to foreign places, staying focused on your local city is so much more authentic and unintrusive, which is so important when you can easily cringe at KZfaqrs making a fool of themselves when going abroad. You can see from the B rolls that Paolo and Maiko have such genuine interactions with those they encounter and Paolo makes everyone smile given his humorous nature.

Hello Paolo and Maiko! Thank you for this very informative video about street food in Ginza. My family is going back to Japan this May to try street food from different prefecture which we had not done before in our previous trips to Japan. I'm so excited to experience it as we all love Japanese food! Once in Kobe, I searched your food guide in Kobe and we went to that local restaurant that serves Kobe beef and it was totally awesome!! Thank you again for this guide! Arigato gozaimasu
