Does the JR pass allow you to use all of the Tokyo subway lines?

I am Japanese. There are "JR Pass" and "JR+Subway Pass". The range of available lines are depends on the ticket. Also, I guess that "JR Pass" does not allow you to use all of the Tokyo subway lines. It allows only JR Line(Train on the ground):JR Yamanote Line, Chuo Line, Shonan Shinjuku Line, Saikyo Line, Keihin Tohoku Line, and so on. I have an advice. You can check it by Tokyo train map, inside the JR Yamanote Line, there is only Chuo Line. So I think you should buy a ticket which allow you to use JR Lines and Subway Lines(Tokyo Metro Lines, Toei Subway Line).If you have any questions about Japan, please let me know by replying my comment.

Can I also use this on Keisei Line? Or do i need to buy a different ticket for that? Also, If I buy this, do I still need the suica card?

No Keisei is a private railway not under the Tokyo metro.

No because there are only two operators at Narita, Keisei and JR both of which aren’t under Tokyo metro.
