Does anyone else watch these simply because they're so relaxing?

I don't speak Japanese and have never been to Japan, but I can sing the whole Sunflower song. :)

I was half-expecting to hear the theme song blasted from the very moment your got onboard, but I guess the old MOL ferry hasn't received that update yet. That suite is luxurious, hands down. Love your videos, your camera work is PERFECT.

Absolutely. I love that he doesn't voice narrate it, so I can just concentrate on the action and the sounds of where ever he's going and what he's doing. I wish I could join him for some of his meals. They look so good!

That Sunflower-song still haunts my dreams and sometimes find myself humming the tune while in the shower🤣

I traveled on Sunflower Sapporo in late September thanks to your deluxe room video. I can never thank you enough for making your ferry videos- I would have never known the joy of taking that ferry and the memories I made with friends.

That room was HUGE! Certainly a better option if you're traveling with others. I will say, I was rather pleased to NOT have to hear the Sunflower song! 😂 I also got a bit of a chuckle from the "sitting in every corner" section. Too funny!

A fine Suite, the biggest "unfortunately" is that the balcony doesn't go to the side of the ship. With the deck walkway right there, Privacy is noticeably absent.

Last month I took that route the other way on Sunflower Sapporo. But not in the suite. I booked a capsule like "cabin".😅 It was quite an adventure. Greetings from Germany. You inspired me to do this. ありがとうございます。

Body butter is a fancy word for lotion or cream. It's body moisturizer. Oh, I'm sorry your room was so noisy!! It was such an expensive room it's awful that you were unable to sleep well. When you were on the Balcony all I could think of was an older one of your videos and I said Oh No STJ-san, please do not worry me like Grandfather Outside did! HAHAHA there's the curry!!

I would switch beds in the middle of the night just to make full use of the suite 🙂

Aaah I miss Japanese food ;_; your videos make me so hungry all the time the tempura looked SO GOOD... On my last trip I went to Cafe Tamon in Kanazawa because of your videos! Ate TWO orders of soufle pancakes! The seasonal chestnut set and the basic one with red beam paste and matcha ice cream. I stayed at Uematsuya Ryokan in Bessho-Onsen and took the dinner+breakfast meal plan and they had a huge spread of local food for both. Ate salmon, beef, tons of veggies and pickles and egg custard and mushrooms and even clear soy sauce and horse meat... Quite the spread. The hot spring bath smelled of sulfur :p and one of the outdoor bath was a giant clay pot.

Solo San, thank you for telling us about the art. Being framed and hung on a wall is generally a hint, but with art you can never be sure. My mother once mistook a piece of art made from garbage stacked on a pallet for garbage stacked on a pallet. 😉

I recently had the chance to try taiyaki recently. It was so good! The sushi restaurant served it with some of the best vanilla ice cream I've ever had, so I need to go back for more.
