FAQ
◆ Montly rent for this apartment?
→ the rent is approximately 1000~1100 US dollars
110000~120000yen
◆ How did I find my apartment?
→ I got help from an agency that introduces apartments for employees under corporate companies.
The services that I used for reference when finding an apartment are online websites (all in Japanese) like:

@@ninamaku hello, I‘m moving to Tokyo Mid- June and I‘m still looking for an apt or let‘s say I‘m looking at the different options (apt, share house etc) can I ask which agency you used and what the criteria were? Your apt is exactly what I‘m looking for. Modern, the price range is also 1000$- 1100$. Thanks for your help! Looks absolutely beautiful the apt.

@@linakirchner3189 Hello Kina ✨sorry for the late reply! That is so exciting that you're gonna move to Japan~ The thing is that I got help from an agency that introduces apartments for employees under corporate companies. The criteria were that I have a VISA and a guarantor for example. There are many types of agencies that you can choose from. If you have a specific neighborhood you wanna live in, then you can visit a local real estate agency, or you can also look online! In the description of this video I put some of the websites that I used for reference so I hope that helps a bit 🤗 Thank you so much for your comment and for watching my video once again!!

@ninamaku
@ninamaku 3 жыл бұрын
My level of Japanese was higher than average/close to advanced when I did my exchange! For my master exchange at Waseda University I needed to have the JLPT N1. But that was because I took content courses like sociology in Japanese. If you’re main study purpose to go on exchange is for Japanese language, you can of course start from beginner level! Every level is fine. Hope this information helps you☺️

Greetings! Long story short, my occupation allows me to work just about anywhere & I've always wanted to experience Japan while I'm young & able. I just don't know how to go about it and began getting realistic about my move as of early May. I've narrowed it down to Tokyo, Osaka, and Kyoto but I'm open to other cities. I'm a young professional in my 20s & I'm just trying to gather as much information so I can take the appropriate steps to make this move possible by the end of the year God willing. Also, what's the current state in the country? As far as C-19 goes. Any feedback would be highly appreciated! Tysm for reading up to here! Hope to hear from somebody out there.

Hello I am not rich but I get by. My dad can read Chinese and has lived in many countries including tokyo. I want to move to japan, and my parents have said yes but I have doubts. Will I be bullied for not having a Japanese name? How will I go to school if I can’t speak Japanese? How will I read my school time table? So many questions, and no answers. I am trying to learn Japanese but I never know what words I need
@ninamaku

Hi thank you for watching and leaving a comment ✨ I would say, Japan is getting more international and open towards foreigners so I don't think you will get bullied! (Bullies are everywhere in the world unfortunately 🥺) You can start by watching some videos on KZfaq about the Japanese language and buy a book to learn some basic words ✨You can start low level by for example using an App like memrise/Duolingo to learn maybe?🤗 I'm rooting for you~~~ hope you pursue what you want to do ✨ thank you for sharing your story!!

Unfortunately at this time a lot of people were not aware of how bad the virus was... this was filmed at the end of February 2020 so the virus did not really hit Japan yet. That’s why you see very few people wearing masks. Now everyone is wearing a mask here!
