@CoolStoryBroWhoCares well it actually has automatic settings. On the turn dials there’s an a for auto. But I love manual settings. Depends what your doing

Favorite photo: 1:19 I got myself a 14 year old Fuji few months back, and since then two of my Sony cameras have only been collecting dust as to how much I was enjoying shooting with Fuji. Great video, would love to see more Fuji POV's 👍

Love seeing you using Fujifilm , I recently switched over grabbing an XT4 and Fuji has brought back my love for photography and the its no slouch in the video department either. Would love to see you trying out the XH2/XH2S

My favorite lens to date is still my trusty old Tamron 45mm F1.8 VC, which kind of flew under the radar when it was released in 2015 (probably because it's 45mm not 50mm). I used to own the EF 50mm f1.8 from Canon which I never really liked as it was kind of clunky with just unimpressive image quality. I also found the 50mm range to be a bit restricting for everyday use. The extra 5mm I got from the 45mm really surprised me with the gain it provided in versatility. It is often said that the perspective provided by the human eye is around 50mm, but it is actually around 43.33. This means that the less mainstream 40-45mm lenses are actually closer to a "normal" focal length that what 50 or 35mm lenses are, making them a perfect match for a lot of situations.

Yo! I shot my FIRST ever portrait shoot on the 45mm 1.8 - I LOVED that lens so much. It was so beautiful. Gutted that I don't have that one anymore tbh.

Yeah I love mine it's just so useful with its great sharpnes, focal length, lovely bokeh, close focusing ability, great build and weather sealing, good stabilization, for just 250 euros or so these days. Thanks for the video by the way these shots are so inspiring both in terms of composition and character!

I love my 27mm pancake. It has become my favourite lens, since a take it with me everywhere. I use it on my X-Pro 3 though. I keep my 50-140mm on my X-T5. Great video, without boom boom music. I love it.

You should try the Fuji X-E4… such a great pocketable camera… and even more so pocketable, give the Ricoh GR III (x) a spin… amazing output from that little camera

Nice POV shoot in Japan Mitch! My fav one is the coffee shot - nice lighting here as well :) Which camera did you use to film the POV? Doesn't look like the standard action camera like in other videos. Looking forward for more XT5 videos :)

It was actually mostly shot on the Osmo Pocket 3. Its such an awesome camera. I think the shot of the coffee on the table was shot on the XT5 though.

The 27 is an amazing fujifilm x mount lens. It would be perfect if they just fixed two things. I may do a video of those some day. But as a always on my camera lens it can almost always get the shot. Not to wide, Not to tight, (never thought I would use that fraise) It is a Goldie locks of creativity just waiting for you to extract the most out of her.

Me either! I didn’t use a film simulation for the final images, I edited the raws in lightroom

Fav at 2:36 old VW bus. Have tried Fuji, but was disappointed in AF hit rate - even for single point AF. What AF settings were you using?

Continuous tracking. Yeah it’s not a 100% hit rate but not many cameras are.

Love the VW bus shot. The question I have for you is how you like the XT5 in comp to the Sony A74. I’m a sony shooter myself with the A7Cii and have thought about an XT5 as a second camera. Have always loved Fuji colors but never thought that was enough to switch over from a superior brand like Sony. Thanks bruv.

If you already have a sony with lenses I would stick with it for your second body - nothing more painful than carting 2 sets of lenses around.

XH2s for the features, IBIS and handling. It’s just not as compact or nice looking - plus I’m not looking to switch to fuji for video - happy with my zve1
