A lot of the restaurants and activities were recommended by cameraman's friend, who is a true Sapporo local! Thanks to him, I was able to experience a lot of the hidden gems 😊 I can't wait to visit Hokkaido again ☃❄

Sarah I really enjoyed this hidden gem food restaurants in Tokyo. The sound quality is so good in your videos.

I am so envious of that bowl! Seing the double decker bus somehow reminded me of a place that I didn't get to try. While wandering around in Kamakura, I passed a place that claimed to have authentic Amish cooking. It wasn't open, so I couldn't test it's claim. So the next time you head that way, after you tire of the whitebait fish, look for the Amish cooking restaurant!

There is no doubt every season of the year can totally be enjoyed in Japan!!! ❄☃❄☃❄☃❄

I hate that I missed hokkaido, I'll go and eat all that delicious sea food next summer for sure!

Ah Hachikyo, I did not eat there during this year's Sapporo Snow Festival, but I tried that Salmon Roe bowl during the Feb 2019 Sapporo Snow Festival.. I recall you should not have any left overs or you have to donate money to the fishing industry..I tried to record their ceremony of putting the roe to the rice... but I forgot to press the play button.
