Pela pindi is a traditional Andhra dish made with rice flour, and when combined with Jower (also known as Jowar or Sorghum) and Corn, it makes for a delicious and healthy prasadam recipe perfect for Tholi Ekadasi. Here's a simple recipe to make Pela pindi with Jower and Corn:
Ingredients:
- 1 cup Jower
- 1 cup corn kernels
- 1/4 cup ghee or oil
- 2 to 3 Sp Luke Warm milk
Instructions:
1. Take a pan oil add corn add Fry until like popcorn and transfer into the bowl.
2. Take the same pan and add a little oil and add jonnalu Fry until like pelalu.
3.Take mixer jar add popcorn grind well after cardmon and jagiry add grind fine powder Transfer into the bowl.
4. In the same process Jonnalu added cardmon and jagiry add,grind fine powder Transfer into the bowl and coconut pieces grind power to mix all ingredients.
5. Take another plate Jower Mix some add ghee 2,3,Sp add after add Luke Warm milk as required add mix well and make laddu.
6.Make all powder Transfer into the bowl
7.Ready to make a Jower and corn pelapindi and laddu..
Tips:
- Use fine rice flour and Jower flour for the best results.
- Adjust the amount of water based on the flours' absorbency.
