Lol pigeon carriers. I would also be disappointed if after the fact if I had to deal with wind funnels. Wow, great view at the end of indoor outdoor space shot.

Yes, it's difficult to deal with the wind, especially if it wasn't expected before someone made the purchase.

How is the wind in the Verdi area? Didn't know the south east area of Reno had a wind issue. Thanks for all your videos.

Thanks for watching and supporting the channel! Verdi certainly experiences wind, but since it's a bit more tucked underneath the backside of a few mountains, it gets much less wind than the south end of town.

Checked out The Cliff's @Sommerset..Helloooo! What a view! I don't play golf, must I still have a membership to live there? Is it included in HOA or separate? Future Nevadan

Beautiful community! You do not need to be a member of the golf club to live in Somersett. The standard HOA fees cover the par 3 course but not the 18-hole course. Membership fees for the 18-hole course range depending on how often you want to play and what amenities you want included. There are a handful of different membership tiers. Let me know if you'd ever like more detailed info. How soon could you be planning your move?

@@RenoRealEstateTV We are looking at Spring of 2021 and have been looking at homes via Zillow for about a year now. We had to narrow down the area as Nevada is such a beautiful State! We hope to solidify a purchase next year. We're certainly motivated and my husband will no doubt reach out to you via email in the near future with our specs. Mahalo for the quick response btw

I have toured their properties, but to be honest, that is quite an undesirable area of town. Near Wooster High School and near the airport... not a place I'd openly recommend....

That image of the indoor outdoor living space is what I call "house porn". LOL. I'd imagine that's where you have to pay a $120K lot premium to get a view like that.

Does tolls brothers sell already built homes, if so, what website can I find them on?

Yes, they sometimes have 'pre-specified' homes that get released from time to time. They don't post available inventory online. You have to get pre-qualified through their in-house mortgage lender and then added to their 'preferred buyer' list. Then you will get updates when inventory releases.
