INGREDIENTS for the cream
5 Egg yolks
80 g of sugar
100 ml of cream (10-30% fat), instead of cream you can also use the milk
8 g of vanilla sugar or 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
125 g soft butter
Ingredients for the dough for 2 baking tins each 20 cm
about 150 g of egg whites ( 5 egg whites of the eggs size M)
1 Pinch of salt
8 g vanilla sugar
80 g of sugar
140 g ground almonds
bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius (350° F) top and bottom heat without convection for about 25 minutes.
50-60 g almond leaves
