If you know about Tom's struggles with depression and drugs, and then being clean for years only to turn back and relapse on them in anticipation of this solo album, you can really appreciate this song.

Entiendo muy bien lo que pasó TOM, es terrible esa lucha. Ésta canción es bella, con mucho sentimiento, y dice todo lo que vivió.me encanta . Lo importante es que pudo salir, y ver que la vida es bella, grande TOM,mucha fuerza interior. Es maravilloso Un ángel.

This song resonates so much in me🥺🥺. Even though i did not face his problems, i kind of feel identified with his isolation and depression issues. And it is good to know that he has remained clean and sober for quite a long time now. And it is sad to know that when he had that almost deadly relapse, he was still taking other drugs, and not thinking about himself. But he found his way out of that, and things seem to be much better for him now, and therefore for his beloved ones, including his friends, who before being band mates, are friends. It takes courage to be open about these struggles, and to so sadly yet so beautifully put some of those feelings in these songs.

I love how he reminds himself with this song that "IT'S SUCH A BEAUTIFUL WORLD" and he must not take it for granted or leave it behind (to the point of taking drugs or alcohol) because of some kind of sadness. "HOW I WISH THAT I WAS NOT - HURTING EVERYONE I KNOW..." - those people who disliked this video most probably don't know how vulnerable he made himself expressing these words, he is litterally pouring out his soul, displaying his flaws. Also the confession "I DROVE [MY HEART] TO THE POINT OF MADNESS JUST TO FEEL" makes me wanna cry everytime. God bless you Tom, you are loved by God and people!

Wish you all could stop talking about Keane and actually say something usefull about the song. I'm sure Tom's waiting for people's reaction to encourage him to keep up making music. I feel for Tom, his demons are hopefully fading . His voice in my opinion , so no shouting at me , made Keane. I feel he deserves to get a lot of credit for his first solo Album, here's to many more . I wish him all that he wishes for himself and his family. Go Tom! You are a Star !

I love Tom Chaplin. I think this how a lot of people with mental health issues feel, me among them. There is a lot of guilt associated with having mental illness, including substance use disorders. This song makes a lot of sense given Tom's history with cocaine and depression. There is also the hope of getting better. I think he is doing a lot better now.

Porque Keane está separado desde 2014. Nos tempos mais próximos nada indica que voltem a tocar juntos. Tom está a solo e já tem 2 albums. Tim e Jesse estão noutros projectos. Richard não se sabe o que anda a fazer.
