I worked in a military max security prison and this is joke lol. First of all, you never walk prisoners by yourself much less without handcuffs. Irl if you're handcuffed you go in the cell, the doors have a small door where handcuffs are then taken off. Say they escape their cell by some miracle lol, they could never escape the entire building way too many doors, a guard would radio commander center. Say they escape outside, they could never get to the outside perimeter. They basically made this looks like a walk in the park not a prison, much less a military prison.

As former military police, I'll tell you that, unless something has radically changed, our motorpool never looks as perfect as all those pretty new black cars, and if they do, wow. Lots nicer than the beaten-down garbage we drove.

I think that's all that matters. Hugh Jackman looks nothing like Wolverine (yes I know Reacher is from a novel and Wolverine is from a comic), but he brings it with attitude and acting ability like Tom does for this. Also, dude from the series, no disrespect, but he looks like John Cena and the Rock had a child lol, NOBODY in there right mind, is going to start a fight with someone who looks like that!!?!

What we learned from this: When Tom Cruise is in character whether he is Jack Reacher, Ethan Hunt, or Maverick he's not going to lie to you, so you better believe him. However, if he is just Tom Cruise, then be careful because he then could be lying to you.
