Tom Hanks is a phenomenal actor. And as all parents know, you can be the best parent and still have a kid turn out with problems. He has 4 children and only Chet has issues. Wow people could you be more petty in your responses. What a cease pool of human behavior the internet is with it showing exactly how FAKE most people’s polite behavior while in public is. You show your true colors when you get on the internet and start commenting and replying to people on public forums but do not have to look them in the eyes the distance the internet creates has allowed the most vile comments and people to come out of the shadows they hide in normally. I try to stay clear pf this this type of BS thread but I clicked on this one because I lost my mind for a second and thought the replies would be insightful or good natured but my bad I forgot where I was for a second I guess but you quickly reminded me humanity so thank you for reminding me why…… 😢

Jamie B great comment and could not agree more. As for the individuals who respond in a way that minimizes an actors ability to preform so flawlessly after so much time has passed I think they maybe have a hard time understanding the difference between having to work on something professionally and the ability to copy at best or at worst mock something that has already been perfected. Sorry but there is a huge difference for example I can say a few word or phrases with a British accent but could not hold a conversation with accent.

@@Hard_Right and @John Tillman Wow, Guys could you be more petty in your responses to someone simply trying to compliment an individual. Do you not think there is enough negative BS on the internet that it does not matter if you agree or not with a POSITIVE COMMENT the fact that they are so rare that you two proved with your replies that minimize or belittle the actors ability that she was impressed with. Just to be clear it is super easy to copy or mock someone who has already done something original in nature. kind of like tracing a picture or even painting making a duplicate painting of say the Mona Lisa and claiming to be as good as the original artist. Sorry not the same thing the actor had to put a lot of work in to changing his voice and then figure out how he could make it work. I have friends that can run like the wind or play the piano just because an idiot suavizante can do it does not mean my friends are any less talented or should still be recognized and complimented on their talent.

Even if I here all the tapes, I would want more. I would want to have him go back in time and narrate books for books on tape. Start with the encyclopedia of fairytales, my grandparents had a set and read almost all of them to us as youngish. I'm ancient now but still remember and dejuvu often to them in life situations. It helped me remain calm and/ or understanding at troubled times because of incidents in the fairytales that were similar. I felt like I had been through this before so it wasn't so strange. Anyway , then I'd have him read the regular encyclopedia .

I've probably watched it three maybe four times. The problem I have with memorable movies is. I remember them to easily. I can not watch Forrest Gump for a decade. Then think about watching it and end up remember the entire movie in great detail. There's no point in me watching a movie that I feel I just watched. I'd be incredibly bored. So movies like this I'll maybe have to wait 15+ years before watching it again.
