I do love the effort they put in to keep the illusion alive. Even though I know it wasn't actually Holland in the Spidey suit in the beginning, I feel giddy as hell watching this! I can't wait to see this movie when it comes to Australia.

So was Tom just chillin' in the car the entire time lol. Edit: I know Tom Holland is incredibly athletic and can perform loads of stunts - however, the time it took to get in/out of the car completely changed (suit crisp, hair nice) is something not even Tom can do.

Jason2073 oh, no I know that! He's incredibly athletic - I just don't think there was enough time between him getting into and out of the car for him to pull the Spider-Man suit off and not have his black suit or hair be wrinkled/messed up.

I mean, Tom Holland is perfectly capable of doing those flips. We've seen him do even better ones. But... when he goes into the car and comes out fully dressed, hmm it was way too quickly... I feel it was a stunt. They wouldn't let him do it, what if it went all wrong xD. Nevertheless, I know he can do it, so I don't care if it was him or not.

It was an actor it has been said and if it was really Tom in the suit he would've taken off the mask for selfies because that's just what he does when he interacts with fans while in suit.

jim there's a face shell inside the mask and the mask is connected to the suit for this specific theatric suit. it's hard and unprofessional to remove it in front of audiences. so it's either no mask or masked all the way. they have different kinds of suit for behind the scenes. what troubles me is that... why was spider-man so quiet??!

I'm a huge fan of SpiderMan and now more than ever I must go and see this film among many reasons but for me the HighSchool pictured as Peter's School is actually my old High School in East New York Brooklyn. Franklin K Lane. When I saw him walki g across the playform on the J train line I got goosebumps because I walked that platform to school many of times. I no longer live in NY so seeing my city in all its Spidey glory is going to be amazing.

In an interview he said almost all of the action scenes he does it but when there are dangerous scenes he uses the stunt duble and in another interviews he said he lasts like 45 minutes to take off the suit

Dunks In a sense, yes. Spiderman is a childish character. He's always quipping , makes it his business to annoy everyone, and (originally) he's a kid. You have a point, but I'd prefer a peter more like the one I grew up with (comics, spectacular spiderman, etc.)

Borshon Hasan idk, maybe Tom has a reason of why he's not doing this by his own, but i can't believe that you feel betrayed just because Tom Holland use his stunt double to perform in his arrival. do you even know that Tom doing almost of the stunt by himself in the movie, and he's also visiting a children hospital while wearing Spidey suit, i think it's enough to prove that he was indeed a good actor for Spidey
