I mean he's actually quite proficient at Parkour, and the like(you can see examples in old homecoming promos when he's hanging out with Zendaya), so he literally can climb buildings. He wasn't lying, just being Tom Holland humble-shy, lol I mean, it wasn't what the kid meant of course. Just saying he can scale a building if he had to. xD

That can be easily explained. The nurse could have told him, "that kid there is Noah, go say hi to him" And Spider-Man goes, "okay, let me go see him, there he is! What's your name, Noah?" as in saying, what's your name, is it Noah? Is that you? Do I have the right kid or is he somewhere else?
