@@mizofan Guess what? Elvis's 1966 critically acclaimed recording of "you'll never walk alone" destroys anyone. Don't believe me? It's right here on KZfaq. Tom's voice is thin and shrill in comparison to the rich warm tone of the king. Elvis's sheer power and control are on full display. That's the problem with the poorly educated masses nowadays. You guys don't listen. Forget bobby Hatfield and tom jones. Bobby's magic is there on "unchained melody. No one touches him there. Tom's magic is on "never fall in love again" he owns that song. But elvis presley OWNS "you'll never walk alone" and it's here on KZfaq for all to hear.

Deb Hoover, now I am going to go out on a limb here and disagree with you. I have a playlist of all the versions of You'll Never Walk Alone. So far, no one can really beat the Righeous Brothers but I really like the version by Gerry and the Pacemakers. Brittiany Howard does a good version. I am just collecting them and Tom's is great too. @@juliemilan6083 Of course I know the Righteous Bros. That is the version I grew up with. It, too, is magnificent largely due to the way it was recorded as well as the vocal talent of the performers. Hello amazing fan. Thank you for your beautiful comment. I’ve seen a whole lot of “RIP” attached to my name all over the internet. This is the reason I decided to debunk this false new of my demise. Late Ton Jones was the one who conceived the twist on Romeo and Juliet with composer, John Donald Robb. He died on the 11th of August of cancer in his home in Sharon. Please disregard all the false publications on the internet.I’m still alive and much healthy. Thank you beloved fan.

It’s said then when Elvis first met Tom Jones he started singing Jones’s song ‘Till’ and then asked him “how the hell do you do what you do?” referring to his incredible vocal power.
