On one side you have Tom, the joker crime boss, looking crazy, very physically energetic, looking like he might use a baseball bat on your skull if you sneeze during his monologue. Meanwhile Ben looks like the godfather crime boss, very calm, cold, and will simply snap his finger and a couple of goons are gonna pop behind you to take you in the backroom, but then will send flowers to your wife afterward to apologize for the inconvenience.

My Marine vet daughter was stationed at Miramar and lived in base housing. She had an American flag flying by her front door - yes, she followed all proper protocols in regards to the flag - and her next door neighbor's wife came over (her husband was a deployed Marine) and told her to take it down and she said no. My son-in-law is a fish eating ball bouncer operator & was stateside, so the neighbor saw him & assumed he was a Marine, even though his camis were completely different. The neighbor came over again, told her to take the flag down & my daughter said make me. The neighbor then noticed her in Marine camis & started yelling about stolen valor & wearing her husband's uniform (her husband has almost a foot on her and about a 100 lbs). She was pitching such a fit about the flag & the camis, everyone came out to see what was going on. The neighbor's wife was foreign & all of the Marine neighbors stood behind my daughter & put up American flags too. Daughter told her she's living on a United States Marine base now & to buckle up buttercup. 🤣

You must be so proud of your daughter, in that situation and in general! Thank you for what you and yours have done for our country! It's hard to be the soldier, but it's hard to be the family that stays home and worries about them, too. Love and respect from Texas.

I know what you are talking about. My father fought in WW2, and my son gave 21 years of his life to the Corps, retiring in 2010 after serving in Iraq. He feels he doesn't know his country anymore. He decided after 2020 that he wouldn't vote again. It breaks my heart to see him so disillusioned and bitter. He isn't happy with the leadership in the Military anymore. He is proud of his beloved Corps, but not of this country. I am so angry at our "leaders" for what they are doing....and for letting vets like my boy down.😢

I'm European and I have met many American soldiers. Though I don't agree with every military conflict you've been in I still have a huge respect for your soldiers. They have different reasons for joining the military, some out of pure patriotism, some to put food on the table, others to afford an education, some to change the direction of the path they're going down. The fact that they are willing to risk their own lives to accomplish that is so brave and admirable. That is something to be proud of.

A couple of Ben fans are going in the comments on a lot of reactions saying Ben wrote them or they're his tweets, but I haven't heard Ben or Tom say that. In fact, Ben said "Tom did the heavy lifting on the song but I rapped." Until I hear differently from Tom or Ben, I'm going to assume Tom took some of Ben's old tweets and made them into bars. I know Tom likes to keep people guessing and talking about things so I won't be surprised if they don't tell us for awhile. Tom's girl Nova often does reactions to Tom's songs on her channel with Tom where they discuss the song, how they shot the video, any funny stories or problems they had, etc. and if there was a feature on the song, the guest artist will join them to discuss. So maybe that'll happen and we'll get to hear more about the process.

Hey Brother! (Staff Sergeant, US Army, retired, in 2012, after 23 years of service), I loved your reaction! I laughed my butt off, multiple times. While I don't really like rap, in general, I have LOVED this song since it was released. I have listened to the song at least once a day since it was released. Like you, it still makes me laugh. Sometimes because it is Ben Shapiro rapping. Other times it is because I know just how much the lyrics and the song's success will piss off SO MANY people that, imho, need to be pissed off.

I totally agree with you and it's crazy that people who are trying to be something that they weren't born as they have to disrespect everyone who doesn't validate them just so they can feel okay about themselves. I come from a long line of military family members, and I was a military wife. I am proud to be an American, and I thank you for defending my freedoms that I enjoy. God made the rainbow as a promise to not destroy the world with another flood not so that people who want everyone to know they are different and expect everyone else to respect them and support them just because they took God's rainbow hostage. It is not OK to say horrible things about our children. We are supposed to protect our children from the horrors of this world. I respect Tom for speaking up for our children. Love ya brother.

You can be grateful to be born in a country where everybody has equal right, you can be grateful that you wouldn't be persecuted for being yourself, you can be grateful that you live in a country with a democracy because there are many country that dont. But Pride is what you need for a country to succeed or you end up with how the country is now, with all the younger generation saying they hate the country and destroying everything the country stands for.

@@kathryn-yd7bh Gratitude, not pride, is why I joined the service. Pride is what I felt when I got my Eagle Globe and Anchor. Gratitude is why I endure. Gratitude is fundamental to love and faith. It's what I feel when I salute the flag. Memorial day and veterans day are about gratitude. "Thank you for your service" is an expression of gratitude. Gratitude is compelling and the predicate to pride. I think a lack of gratitude is the fundamental cause of the mind virus of deconstructive progressivism infecting society.

@@BattleGn0me you could say the same about Pride, with the wars going on right know, would people be flying into a country and fighting it if they didn't have Pride in the country they are currently not living in. Would the Ukrainian people stay and fight for gratitude or pride of there country. Extreame example N. Korean people are grateful they are still alive, grateful that they are not beaten to death. They brainwashed into serving their country. Do they have Pride in it? Probably not, if they had a choice to leave or join their military, I would think they would leave. That's because they don't have Pride in their country.
