On this dreary Friday, as I drown in the monotony and overwhelming chaos of my work, the idea of stepping out tantalizes me. Yet, here I am, shackled by my own sense of duty, tormented by the thought of whether I've earned the right to any enjoyment amidst the mountain of tasks that loom over my day. The weight of responsibility crushes my spirit, leaving me to question if I deserve even a moment of respite in this relentless cycle. Come to this and hearing this song, asking myself "what is happened to me?". Such a reminder, maybe it's all just in my head, maybe i'm just too harsh to myself, maybe i'm just focusing into the darkness, that I, too, deserve happiness. I deserve to embrace the joy of each day, yet somehow, I've forgotten how to.

If it was the 70s this song would have been #1 on the charts for at least 20 weeks and would have sold platinum. On Spotify Black Friday as of today over 65 million streams and having only been released for a short while now.
