Loved the insights that businesses are people and that you will never have customers happier than your employees. Also loved the insights on the impact of bosses on employee satisfaction and that good managers deeply desire the success of those they lead and the perspective of looking at eulogy virtues vs. resume virtues. Thanks for the great video!

Saint Peter's you are a legend but somehow you starting to lose your way I do not agree with your Amazon analogy I don't know who you think you are to met someone else something at the store other than some college professor studying whatever but let the new the new world handle itself I'm sure they'll do their art I'll sure they'll make them steaks but it's not your fault tell him how hard to put those employees can is very easily go find you another one of the nine million available jobs at this time if it's so terrible to work then that's just my thought
