In today's video I am cooking up a tomahawk ribeye steak, and I will be reverse searing it on my Pit Boss Pro Series 1600 Pellet Grill! Now a lot of people say that a tomahawk steak isn't worth the money, and I tell those people until you pay for my meat, mind your own business! Reverse searing a tomahawk steak on a pellet grill is easy, and absolutely delicious! To reverse sear this tomahawk ribeye steak, I fired up my pellet grill to 250º and let it smoke with hickory pellets until it hit 115º, after that I cranked my Pit Boss to 400º-500º, opened up my flame broiler, and seared that tomahawk ribeye steak to absolute perfect medium rare!
