The Virgin's name is Mary. She deserves our deepest love and respect and reverence as Mother of Jesus. "Birthgiver" what is that? She was born human without original sin and she is a person, a woman, Blessed by God and Holy, deserving of love and respect and because of her fiat, Jesus came to be and loved and saved us all. She is our Eternal Loving Mother Always.

El ave maría, es precioso, sobre todo por cuerda, me acomoda y muy fácil, para aplicarlo, en el coro, "lírico" aunque el de schubert es, fabuloso, gracias .

@@peneleapai Ciertamente no es la mas antigua (creo que Palestrina vivio antes) pero es la mss hermosa . Ouvi pela primera vez unos 40 anos atras , no coral dirigido pelo maestro Miguel Arquerons(catalan) aqui em Sâo Paulo - Brasil. Jamas olvidare. Perdâo pelo portunhol '- mistura de portugues com espanhol.

I sang the alto part of this so many times. So it is a source of frustration to me that the alto line performance here goes flat on several occasions. Pity.

It's also way slower than it should be .. they are performing it as if it was in common time (4 4) but it is in cut time (2 2) also they are performing it at 86 bpm at the beginning and the minimum start is 88 bpm my choir does it at the maximum of 96 bpm... Also it is supposed to be leggiero at the "sancta maria mater dei" and they did get faster but they only got faster to the speed they should have started and then slowed back down even though you shouldn't
