For the training vlog strength and conditioning stuff like gymnastics, powerlifting, mobility and stability training etc... Gsp posted a lot of those videos displaying his athleticism and he had a fitness challenge where fans got to challenge him to certain movements (handstand pushup/down, muscle up, handstand walk etc...). It got very popular and I think people are far more interested in stuff like that than 1-2 combinations (cause every heavyweight can do that but I think you're the only heavyweight athletic enough to do these other movements).

I've spent the first part of this year recovering from a meniscus transplant surgery on my left knee, it all was fairly synchronised with your knee surgery, which was odd..😅 not to mention I'm I big bastard like you 6ft 6, has been said there is a resemblance to our appearances by friends of mine, (I'm your uglier doppelganger mate)😅. Your content has got me through a rough year recovering from a surgery. It's a motherfucker. But seeing you achieve what you have achieved after a knee problem like yours pal, it's an inspiration. I'd like to see the difference between what you might call a hard sparring session and an easy one. I've always wondered just how hard sparring partners are allowed to go or how hard they are told to go. Can a session look like a serious fight? Do you throw meaningful punches? Do you always batter the sparring guy :) Or, maybe this kind of thing is top secret before a fight. If so, good luck, and don't worry about the question.
