The Celtics got the best defence in the league and it's good to see that the team isn't depending on one player, everyone contributes on every single aspect of the game, the only ones at this level are the warriors but still the celtics are a step infront with this ridiculous defence

Man I would just love the NBA to allow the players to get this physical with offensive players. Literally makes the game more exciting . Look how hard KD had to work just to crate a bit of space. That and along with the amount of wing defenders the Celtics had is a nightmare for any elite scorer like KD

whats insane is we haven't seen too much of RW3 for the limited time we did see him: his blocks seem like more of a last resort on defence, showing that Brooklyn didn't get very far through the C's defensive line

Your playoff highlights have been interesting to me because I've watched the games live with Anderson and Van Gundy commentating the national broadcast and now I get to see the same plays with Scal and Gorman. Where do you watch/record the games? Here in Ireland I haven't been able to find any "local" broadcasts.

This defense reminded me of Draymond Green's defense on Kevin Durant in the 2016 conference finals last 3 games. Those were the few of the worst games that Durant played till then. But this defense is even better than that by 5x to 10x.

This defense is incredibly talented. You have the "Smother Brothers" (Smart and Robert Williams) who we all knew were good defensively. But Tatum and brown are playing at a really high level defensively this year as well. Horford's always been defensive guy. I think the starting 5 fall under the "Smother Brothers" umbrella now... and White and G.Williams are right there.

Tbh i was having a heart attack when kyrie abused tatum and kd abusing brown. Great defenders but somehow brown couldnt guard kd and tatum couldnt guard kyrie.

KD looked like a rookie for 3 of the 4 games. I’ve never seen him look so rattled. This may’ve been the worst series I’ve ever seen from a Superscorer. That’s saying a lot because he still ended up averaging 22 points.

Half of these plays were fouls.. before KD was hated so much.. He would’ve gotten these calls, and it would’ve been a different outcome. Nets should’ve had a better system in place to help, but a lot of those are fouls. Not even a fan
