this has been a staple of mine for a couple of years now. I use dried oregano because the fresh one sold in London can be very unpleasant, bitter, and I don't play roulette. when all the ingredients are right and the dressing's ingredients are in the right proportions this salad is very, very special.

looks so good! sadly tomatoes and pomegranate are never in season together here :(

I'm wondering could you buy the pomegranate when in season and shell them and freeze them perhaps? Then when the tomatoes are in season you could add them to it? Won't be exactly the same but near enough.
