3 Years late, but if you pay attention they are invulnerable unless you 'counter' their fireball attack (I.E shoot them when they're charging up and cause them to recoil)

Pretty certain that Minotaur is a either a Werewolf, Hellhound or some other kind of beastial demon. Wrong setting for a Greek monster. And those VCI workers hardly seemed like enemies either, haha
