Lol same. One of my first games. Recently finished them all one by one after playing again after many years. Just this year I found out that in TR Chronicles you could get down from a crouching position just rolling forward by pressing a combination of keys (and you can even equip your guns in the air then) and that you can get a different version of 2nd level in The Last Revelation if you get all secrets in level 1. And only now I found out you can do flips like that.

A S i like the ragdoll animation in Rise of the Tomb Raider.. I was just messing around and i was spamming the climb button and idk why but i suddenly went inside the rock wall where you climb and Lara screamed a falling scream 3 or 4 times and then she teleported TO THE TOP and died and after she fell she flew across the mountain aswell omg

I still kind of miss the “death😩” noises she used to make in the original trilogy when it was in a long fall. They knew exactly what they were doing with those sound effects and I remember Duke Nukem: Time To Kill making fun of her death voices

Completely agree! Just a quick crunchy flop and death. Compared to how she continues making death noises while sliding across the ground in the newer ones.

@@BangerSoundtracks The developers of the legend trilogy wanted to keep the old brutal deaths but the censors wouldn't let them. They talk about it in one of the Anniversary in game talks.

I liked the old ones. It was horrific & you knew the adventure is over. The ragdolls are too comical. I don't want a Tomb Raider game to ever feel silly or funny

@Danster_Dani4 Yeah, here we aren't supposed to get out, but people don't give a dang, everyone comes and goes as they please, some don't even wear masks. And for the OP, it is odd, I never got Tomb Raider on my feed before, I haven't even googled that in a couple of years ago (I used to play the PS1 game, but that was all, well, maybe the NDS one too) KZfaq seems to randomly select content now.

Shadow of the Tomb Raider was free on PS4 last month XD Thats how i got here

Well I haven't got a chance to try SOTTR's Swan Dive but in ROTTR you can swan dive to death though xD

I could be mistaken but I think that they started to remove her gruesome deaths in the ps2 era because it was seen as "too violent". As a result, she does a bad ragdoll as opposed to the crunch that we heard in the original PS1 games.
