why isn’t the last question classified by the rational choice model? it is prospective yes but that voter is also voting based on their self interest (lower taxes for THEMSELVES.)

Will we have to know other landmark supreme court cases such as Mapp v Ohio for the mcqs?

No you don't, but you will need to be familiar with the exclusionary rule.
