Tom - thank you. I loved your demonstration. it was clear and very easy to understand. I just received my Echo yesterday and I am having trouble playing songs. I do not have a subscription to Prime so I think that is where my problem is. Again - thank you for taking the time to show us how to use.

I thought this was a joke but bought one on prime day $129.00. This can play all my local radio stations, set alarms, play music from my phone and even play nhl games all by my voice. I done a complete 360, this thing is cool.

TY Tom...I can only assume Alexa's smarter now (2018). Am wondering if she learns by continued use? But if she plays music and you can set a voiced timer....invaluable when cooking. Am about to take the leap. The setup process you showed us was good and about what I expect when I set up tech...it doesn't work first try, lol.

I got one for Christmas 2016 and I love it! So useful and helpful and I ordered mine from a shopping network called QVC and I didn’t get voice remote but I think I didnt get it because it was different place you can buy it or it’s because you just bought on amazon prime or regular no prime Amazon! Did you buy it from prime?

What was in that second item he took from the box. It was packed like the remote control.

Loved your video with Alexa! You are a cutie! I just received mine recently for a V-Day/ B-day present this month. Would have loved to see how you use the voice remote with her. I've recently bought the Fire TV stick with Voice remote that apparently works with Alexa as the remote alone for her is no longer available on Amazon and eBay selling for rip off. Can hardly wait to use the remote with her. My husband and I bought one several months ago and when he set it up we didn't have Amazon prime so he just put his email address in the set up. Now that we have prime I want to add it so we can listen to music but no where on the app does it let me change the email address/link up my prime account. I mean no offense by this but every time I call Amazon I get someone I can hardly understand so I just give up. Any help would be much appreciated!! :) TIA
