I stumbled across the Walmart version. Used it to manage the temp on the pizza oven, griddle and meats. I was unable to find it, I looked everywhere. I ran out to Walmart and snagged the last one. A few days later I found it under the outdoor couch. Now I have one inside and one for the grills.

Awesome! Blackstone was faster. But air temperature was way different between the two. Would like to see a compare temperature also on a grill

I got one yesterday, and my IR temps are way off. My pop in the fridge is 77. Freezer -45. Kitchen counter top 145. Anyone else have this problem, or what I’m doing wrong?

Infrared thermometers are calibrated to the surface it's reading from because different objects radiate different amounts of infrared at different temps.
