I’m a rabid Tomi P fan. This cover is one of my favorites. You would never guess from the opening notes that a deep Bess singer is shortly going to blow your socks off.

This is one of my favorite Tomi P covers! It doesn't get nearly enough attention. ETA: Side note, if you haven't listened to it, definitely check out his cover of 'O Come, O Come, Emmanuel'. It's just as beautiful and haunting. I love it so much!

This video and your reaction is amazing. But it *seriously* needs a strobe/epilepsy trigger warning. I've known people who were seriously injured by epileptic seizures, and it really bothers me how many music videos have normalized strobe effects for "artistic reasons." So many videos I want to share, but I'm scared to (live concerts, too). Just saying. But yes, Tomi is amazing, and this arrangement is so beautiful and ethereal.
