Wow nice package Phil 👀. Funny enough I was just speaking to Associated about their MT8 after they put a post on Facebook highlighting it. I gave them some feedback on the MT8 and they were happy to listen and pass the advice on. I just said that a lot of the issues are actually down to how it comes setup out the box with the suspension, diffs etc...

I just rewatched this and with the current litigious climate. ie: Traxxas. I find myself with some admiration for Team Associated. Being that the MT8 didn't go so well and they still wanted to gain some traction with you and hope to have your endorsement on future items. Well that's pretty stand up. Every company selling whatever widget they sell have products that don't perform as expected. A good company will adjust and move forward. I've only had one Team Associated and I really liked it but maybe I will ad some more to my garage.

Your photography and editing are top notch, you’re smart and honest plus your giving them the absolute best advertising they could ask for! I know I have only been subbed for a short while compared to alot of your subscribers but from what I have seen you have been putting in the hard yards to get the channel to where it is . Your vids are entertaining, informative and tell the viewers your genuine thoughts on quality etc . For what it costs the company to ship products to an established channel its a no brainer . If your subscribers buy from them after watching your vids then it was worth them sending out . Congrats and well deserved. Looking forward to the race with Kev

As huge fan of the mt10 and MT8, I appreciate them reaching out to you. I also hope they see this comment and hear my feedback; Dear Associated: for your suspension arms, hubs, and front hub carriers, please use a more flexible plastic like redcat. I've swapped all those parts to redcat parts on my mt8 AND IT MADE ALL THE DIFFERENCE IN RELIABILITY! Even to the point it's drastically more reliable than my arrma kraton exb. Even got videos that demonstrate my claim. Once I swapped out those parts, the car is fantastic and can take an unbelievable amount of punishment.

Congratulations, with all you do for the rc community, promoting the hobby you deserve all your success. I can’t even find a dr10 and you have already got the hoonicorn, I think we get forgotten about over here in Australia. Or I live too far out in the sticks.. we don’t even have a local hobby shop. But doesn’t stop the passion for RC! Literally have bought parts instead of food because RC is life

I don't know if you will still read this since this video has been out for more than a month, but i was able to greatly improve the handling of my Hoonicorn, especially with the oversteering. Go back to the AE site, look at the parts list for the Hoonicorn and click on the sway bars. You'll see in the description in one of the tabs, that there's a list of items you need to order in addition to install the sway bars (parts off the B74.1)if you get enough parts for the front and rear, you'll be completely satisfied with the upgrade in handling! It drifts on smooth asphalt so close to the Infraction..... but in 1/10th size. You'll be grinning from ear to ear with elation! 1.5mm rear and 1.6mm front. Spektrum Firma 80 with 4000KV motor and Futaba 4PM radio. Love the channel and wishing you future successes.

Nice man I’m hoping they sent some Crawlers your way because that’s mostly what I have. I’m a fan of Associated & Element through experience with there products. My Sendero is still stock & it’s amazing. I also have a custom Ecto & one of there mini’s. I saw the new Eleement Crawler at Proline by the Fire & also the new Axial/Proline Chevy truck new release. Both look amazing.

Yeah it's not gloating when you're proud of your accomplishments. To build yourself into a spot where manufacturers recognize your importance to the R/C community is a level many don't get to. The ONLY thing I would suggest is if you're not going to run some of your older vehicles, maybe look into raffles to benefit local charities. Pass on the good fortune so to speak. I've seen a few other channels where the suppliers will send them a vehicle to review, and another to give away. Kind of pay it forward sort of thing.

You have always been honest, it shows honesty pays dividends in the end.... Fms blue crawler ?? 2 of them ?? 1/24 ???? I need a 1/24th for the coming C24 Crawler Comps ..... Maybe they are an option...... Team Associated seem to go about things in the right way. Certainly elevates them on my list, and will probably influence my future buying choices....

@@tomley_rc yes, was over there on Tuesday filming the building of my set of Dravtech's for Optimus Blue. I am waiting on the wheelbase and track width rules coming out for C24 before i make any new purchases, as i have an awesome FTX Mini Texan, that might be within spec....
