I am a retired Corrections Officer and I have dealt with many people with Mental Health issues. This is a great rendition of what it's like to go through withdrawals. The video enhances the experience and draws the observer right into it. It allows us to share your pain. It takes an artist to make another feel with your art. Much credit most go to you, and your PIC Nova. This is right up there with Pink Floyd's "The Wall". Damn it good to see high intelligence come pack to music. I love the follow ups "Let Me Go" and finally "Stronger Version". I have a couple of recommendations for you: Frank Zappa - "I am the Slime" and Harry Chapin - "There Only Was One Choice". As my name is Thomas as well, it really scared me, but also got my attention. as i sat down at a students desk i listened to the lyrics of this wonderful song. I played it over and over. During this time of my life, i was headed towards divorce, neglecting my kids and dealing with my own demon. Even after a year of week to week therapy, nothing was sticking till this song literaly called my name. Since that night, i have turned almost everything in my life around. I have even discussed your music in therapy and how it has changed my outlook on my situations. Thank you from one Thomas to another.

I hope you conquer your demons. This will sound weird, but for teens such as myself, your music is important and without it, we would feel trapped by all the strange stuff around us. Worried a plane might fall out of the sky. That we might get shot. That we don't have a reason to even try. But just knowing there's others out there like you lets us realize how dumb that is. If we spend every second worrying something bad will happen, what's the point of living? A lot of things too personal for youtube helped me realize this, and I know your music wasn't so special, it's just that I see you just smiling with your family with everything and everyone against you. That is inspirational to many people here, and for that, you really are the best rapper. Thank you, Tom. You gave me hope to last my whole life.

With a long history in Al-Anon and around the rooms of recovery, this song actually gave me chills. I've watched several of his videos and all have spoken to me. This one really felt personal. He is one I will absolutely encourage my teenage son to hear!
