canonically, Tommy's character in the DSMP is 20, however, judging by the negotiations during the Exile Conflict describing conditions "until he turns 18," his character could correspond with his real life age. Either way, they are quite literally, the same age 'v' Oh btw, his second exile lasted 2 years :)
