While the video is a bit blurry to identify the young fiddler, it looks a bit like the late Greg Hooven who studied with several of the Round Peak musicians.

I just found a video of Rhys identified is a video with Tommy playing Breaking Up Christmas. I stand corrected. I believe this is Rhys on the other fiddle.
