Tommy is singer and musician in his own band - Majestica. He was guitarist for Sabaton. His cover of John Denver's song starts slow - then he puts a lot of 🔥to it. And at the end some notes of the "Yankee Doodle" 😆. Awesome reaction - thanks again Josh. 🎶

Tommy has an amazing skill set. multi instrumentalist. Sense of humor shows often. He always puts his thumbprint on the covers. Some of my favorites are Sabaton / Disney mashups. you probably won't be able to get past the copyright blockage on them but very creative and worth a listen in your "spare time" lol. But he sings both parts of the duet on his Phantom of the Opera, his Heart cover of Alone, Queen's Bohemian Rapsody and Hallelujah are stellar. As for his band Majestica, start with Above the Sky😊.😅😊

Tommy is an amazing vocalist and very talented musician. A few songs I would suggest are his rendition of Phantom of the Opera, St. Elmo's Fire, and a cover he just did recently of Billy Joel's Downeaster Alexa. He also has some comical songs, such as Sabaton songs sung to the music of Disney songs; and one in particular about having a mustache. He's an excellent artist.

Fun reaction to a fun cover! Thanks. Tommy has now left Sabaton to concentrate on his own stuff and his band, Majestica. The candles, pictures and tv clips reference the Kingsman movies and Marvel Comic books. He must be a fan, You ended the video too soon. Tommy and his hat and banjo entertain us with a bit of Dueling Banjos! LOL

Soldier of Heaven by Sabaton is also a great cover and Tommy was with the band at that time.

John Denver’s genre was actually Folk, not Country. I grew up in the Blue Ridge Mountains in North Carolina. I think all of us native to the region claim this song, no matter which state we’re in. I like Tommy, but this is not my favorite cover from him. But, I had never heard it before and you shared it. Thanks, Josh!

While John Denver has a country flair, we always considered him Folk. Ok. I have to say ACK. This guy has a good voice, but his pronunciation of words is totally off. I had to go look him up because obvious English is not his first language. His pronunciations on some words really threw off my enjoyment of the song.
@DaffyDill-zg8no3 ай бұрын
Tommy is Swedish and we in Team Tommy love his accent. How is your 2nd language? This song has now earned a new title of country metal😂 Tommy's covers all have something special after he has injected his incredible musicianship and his voice is the best. He produces his videos and plays 14+ instruments. There are 200+- videos on his channel why not pick 1 you like and see how much better it becomes with the Tommy touch.

@@DaffyDill-zg8no I saw he was Swedish, and I know English is almost a 2nd language there. The musicianship was great as was his voice. Very possibly I wouldn't notice the pronunciation in a different song. It just threw the song off for me. I've heard his name, though this is the first time I've seen anything of his. Call it a quirk of mine that I couldn't enjoy the song as much as you do.
