As a Canadian who religiously watched Electric Playground, and Reviews on the Run (I posted a clip of Ben Silverman and Jose doing the remix song for Techno Kitten Adventure) its rather sad to see Tommy just use Victors accomplishments. Victor spoke highly of Tommy all through the years, on TV, Podcast with Scott Jones and Marissa Roberts.
